12:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. Daily
KEY CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
ADULTS ONLY: 8 AM - 11:30 AM AND
8:00 PM - MIDNIGHT
FAMILY NIGHTS
Wednesday - 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Sunday - 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a. m.
No lifeguard will be on duty.
Parents must accompany children under age 21.

GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS

The pool is open for Pickawillany
residents and their guests only. |
 |
Guests must be accompanied by an
adult resident or introduced to the lifeguard and obtain
a guest pass, if the resident is not going to be
present. I.D. 's ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES! |
 |
Children under the age of 8 must be
accompanied by a person 18 years of age or older.
Children under the age of 18 are limited to two guests
at a time. |
 |
All children under age 16 must pass a
swimming test to be admitted without a parent or
responsible adult. The test consists of swimming a full
lap and back and treading water for at least 30
seconds. Parents must accompany the child to the pool
until the child has passed the test. |
 |
Babies must wear tight-fitting
diapers and outer bathing suits. |
 |
There will be a 15 minute rest period
for children 18 and under, every hour at 15 minutes
before the hour. |
 |
Rafts and inner tubes are allowed at
the discretion of the guards. |
 |
Pool furniture must be kept 3 feet
from the edge of the swimming pool (behind blue line). |
 |
No personal radios, unless headphones
are used. |
 |
No running on deck. WALK ONLY! |
 |
ONLY GUARDS OR AUTHORIZED PERSONS are
permitted in the pump room. |
 |
The BBQ grill can be used free of
charge with guard's approval. |
 |
ALL FOOD MUST BE CONSUMED AT A TABLE
OR CHAIR! NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA! |
 |
No gum or chewing tobacco. |
 |
State liquor laws regarding
consumption of alcohol ENFORCED! |
 |
No roller blades or skateboards
allowed in pool area. |
 |
No foul or abusive language will be
tolerated. |
 |
No pets or animals allowed in the
pool area. |
 |
Pool phone is for emergencies and
with the lifeguard's approval. |
 |
Please help keep the pool area
clean. throw away all trash and return furniture to
proper place. |
 |
In accordance with State Laws steps
must be kept clear at all times to allow handrail usage
when entering and exiting pool. |
 |
Violations of pool rules are subject
to a maximum fine of $50.00 and/or suspension of all
pool privileges for the season. |
 |
Unauthorized pool use is subject to a
$50.00 fine and other penalties. |
 |
Other daily rules for safety will be
posted and enforced by the guards. |
 |

Any Resident late on homeowner's fees
will lose pool privileges (see owner's manual). |
Become a Key Club Member
By joining the KEY CLUB, you can swim or
enjoy the pool area from 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a. m. & 8:00 p.m.
- midnight!
(No guard on duty) unless there is a private party
scheduled.
Adults only: 8 am - 11:30 am and 8:00
pm - midnight
FAMILY NIGHT FOR KEY CLUB MEMBERS ONLY: SUNDAY & WEDNESDAY
EVENING WITH NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. CHILDREN MUST BE
ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
1. Pool key use will allow registrant's
access to the pool during current season only during Key Club
posted hours only.
2. Swim at your own risk rules apply.
3. Swimming will be in accordance with the buddy system.
4. Pool key will not be given to or used by another party.
5. Registrant's may bring a maximum of 4 ADULT guests to
the pool during posted Key Club hours.
6. NO persons under the age of 21 will be admitted to the
pool during Key Club hours (with the exception of family
night)
7. The use of the pool facilities will be in accordance
with the POOL RULES and REGULATIONS.
8. Registrant's assumes responsibility for any
unauthorized pool use.
9. All pool privileges will be suspended for violation of
pool rules.
10. A $50.00 enforcement charge will be assessed for any
pool rule's violation.
11. A $10.00 fee will be assessed for all new members
12. A $5.00 fee will be assessed for all renewals.
13. Questions or comments (positive or negative) shall be
directed to the pool manager.
Lifeguards have a specific duty and should not be
distracted from their jobs.
14. Parking on Blue Jacket only.
15. Any Resident late on homeowner's fees will lose pool
